Function

Are you ready to make a difference in managing a modern fleet in the transport sector? As Fleet manager Transport in Ninove, you play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising our tractors, trailers and drivers. You will act as the key person between planning, engineering and operational management, combining both technical and organisational insight to manage the fleet safely, efficiently and sustainably. This includes tasks such as coordinating inspections and maintenance, supervising drivers, organising training and managing claims. You will join a dynamic team where your insight and problem-solving skills will make an immediate impact.

Profile

To be successful as Fleet manager Transport, you possess:

• Technical understanding of trucks, trailers and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• A coaching and empathetic approach towards drivers.
• Experience in driver coaching and claims management.
• Knowledge of systems such as TAS, Transics and NextDriver is a plus.
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to be stress-resistant and flexible in a dynamic environment.

In addition, you have 3-5 years' experience in a similar position and preferably have a background in the logistics or transport sector.
