Engineering manager

Function

Leads the engineering team (Project Engineer(s), Technical Designer(s), Technical Support Engineer(s), Project Engineering Technician(s). The aim of the engineering team is to deliver technical processes for new products within the agreed timings, scope, budget and quality requirements.

- Provides leadership, guidance and coaching to employees;

- Coordinates activities and prioritises where necessary;

- Monitor internal planning;

- Responsible for selection, procurement, management and continuous improvement of machines: with associated procedures & documentation, User Requirement Specifications, Factory Acceptance Test and the Site Acceptance Test ;

- Supports project Department on calculations and line set-up;

- Building & maintaining an internal and external network;

- Responsible for Project Engineering reports.

Profile

- Master's degree in a technical field;

- Language skills: Dutch and English (very good);

- Experience with manufacturing processes ;

- Possesses leadership skills;

- Experience with packaging machines;

- MS Office;

- Knowledge of cGMP.
