Technical Support Engineer

Function

• Writing or assisting in writing test protocols/reports, change requests, CAPAs, root-cause analyses and technical documentation with accompanying reporting
• Following up the review of Sharp documents prepared within the property
• Managing tests, changes and CAPA action lists and ensuring their necessary progress
• Support in carrying out testing, risk assessment and cross-functional root-cause analyses and other technical assessments and the necessary reporting thereof
• Ensuring that change requests and corrective actions are documented and followed up within the production phase. This is done in consultation with all departments involved.
• Write or assist in writing, updating and monitoring URS and internal technical machine procedures (BIO, BIT, TA, POS, CAL, WRKI, DETE)
• Execute, manage, supervise and review audit trails, user access, calibrations and spare/wear parts of machines in the Asset Management System
• Proactive support on GMP correct working
• If necessary, assist other departments with similar activities

Profile

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Experience within the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in report writing
• Experience with GMP requirements (quality systems, procedures, training, etc.)
• MS Office
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
• Social skills, integrity
• A trigger with a positive, open and proactive mindset
• Can think conceptually as well as analytically
• Punctual and detailed
• Patient and controlled
