Project leader electrical engineering

Function

As a project manager, you will ensure the successful implementation of electrical installation projects, from design to realisation. You work closely with clients, study agencies and contractors to devise and implement innovative and sustainable solutions. You report to the project director and are responsible for:

• Coordinating projects from A to Z: from preliminary design to completion
• Consult with customers and stakeholders to provide a clear needs analysis and offer the most appropriate solutions
• Preparation of lighting plans, measurement statements and design drawings, including technical solutions such as controls
• Preparing and justifying quotations to customers
• Planning, purchasing, budgeting and monitoring projects through to completion. You carefully manage all project administration in our ERP system (Navision)
• Managing internal teams and subcontractors for efficient execution. You have a strong focus on organisation and people management and carry out regular site visits
• Financial monitoring of projects: progress reports, invoice control, cost monitoring and yield analysis
• Ensuring quality, safety and sustainability within each project

Profile

• You have strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and preferably experience as a project engineer or site manager
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electricity
• You are organisationally strong, communicative and have a commercial feel
• You are a team player who motivates people and keeps the overview
