Dispatcher Night

Function

As a Dispatcher Transport at our international family company in the food sector, you play a central role in organising and optimising the transport process. From our head office in Ninove, East Flanders, you take care of planning transport routes for a team of about 50 drivers. Your responsibility is to ensure that daily product deliveries run smoothly. You act as the main contact for drivers and customers and provide quick and effective solutions to problems. You also control key transportation data such as temperatures and schedules and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment. With an eye for detail and service orientation, you will fulfil an essential role within our ambitious team.

Profile

For this challenging position, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience or affinity with logistics, trucks or transport, e.g. as a dispatcher, transport planner or driver.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to move quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent administrative skills and an accurate work ethic.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and French.
• Flexibility and willingness to work a night schedule (3:30 - 11:38), including weekend shifts.
• An enthusiastic and proactive attitude where customer-oriented thinking is key.
