Are you a born organiser with a passion for logistics? As Dispatcher fixed early shift in Bornem, you play a crucial role within the dispatch team. You are responsible for scheduling the loading and unloading of goods by drivers at customers' premises, and your focus is on ensuring the quality of this process.

• Efficient coordination and timely execution of pick-up and delivery orders, based on the planning team's schedule.
• Optimise the deployment and working environment of drivers, including receiving them at the warehouse and pointing them to the right loading bay.
• Taking care of administrative tasks around shipments up to and including delivery to the customer.

Profile

For this dynamic role, we are looking for a candidate who is proactive and has the following qualifications:

• Minimum three years' experience as a dispatcher or expedient within a logistics environment.
• Quick command of new systems and basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Practical knowledge of regulations related to transport of dangerous goods.
• Geographical knowledge and understanding of loading shipments in various means of transport.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and French.
