Dispatcher containers

Function

For the vacancy of Dispatcher containers, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the follow-up of container transport trips
• You also support transport planning when there is time for this
• You provide the necessary info and transport documentation to drivers and customers
• You will work either from 6am-7am to 1pm-14pm or 11am-6pm-19pm in a 37-hour week
• You will agree with your immediate colleague whether you want the shifts fixed or alternate week by week

Profile

For the vacancy of Dispatcher containers, you recognise yourself in the following competences:

• You have a first experience as a Planner or Dispatcher, preferably in container transport
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and have a basic command of English and French
• You can be flexible to agree hours with your future colleague
• You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are conscientious not to leave your package unattended
