Dispatcher 2 shifts

Function

For the vacancy for a Dispatcher (2 shifts) at our client’s premises, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You will monitor the distribution schedule for customers and drivers and make any necessary changes
• You enter all changes and documentation correctly into the system so that your colleagues are kept up to date
• You handle complaints and report them internally
• Maintaining close contact with customers for reporting and monitoring parameters
• You will work flexible shifts (02:00–10:00, 06:00–14:00)
• You’ll work a morning shift until 10.00 am on two Saturdays a month, with a day off during the week

Profile

For the vacancy for a Dispatcher (2 shifts), you should recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch; knowledge of French is an advantage
• You have had an initial positive experience in a planning role or have completed a course in this field
• You are very flexible when it comes to working the hours set out in the timetable
• You are willing, on an exceptional basis, to work at other sites
• You are in possession of a driving licence B
