DBFM Manager

Function

As DBFM Manager You will manage infrastructure projects in both the tendering and execution phases. You are responsible for preparing and monitoring the project budget and financial estimates, as well as setting up and updating the project planning.

You coordinate the design and construction process from the programme of requirements to execution and after-care, and ensure integral coordination between the disciplines of design, engineering, construction, maintenance and facility services. You monitor progress on the basis of project reports, draw up risk registers and control measures, and monitor the control of scope, time, money, quality, information and organisation. You also supervise contract management (DBFM contracts), test working methods and quality assurance plans, and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You conduct progress meetings with stakeholders, are the point of contact for clients, engineering firms, contractors and suppliers, and contribute to ensuring safety and sustainability on site.

Profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering, civil engineering or a similar field. You have proven experience in successfully managing DBFM projects and strong leadership and communication skills. You are well versed in project management methods and tools and have experience in financial planning and budget management. In addition, you think problem-solving, work accurately and are customer-focused.
