Customer Service Employee

Function

For the vacancy of Customer Service Assistant at our client, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for your customer portfolio in the coldstore department
• You answer your customers both by phone and e-mail and take care of their files in your internal system
• At busy times, you will assist at the counter with customer reception and administration.
• You think proactively about solutions according to your customers' problems
• To this end, you regularly consult with internal colleagues and drivers to ensure everything runs efficiently
• You will work Monday to Friday and have sliding hours with start-up between 7am and 8.30am

Profile

For the vacancy of Customer Service Assistant at our client, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have an initial positive experience in this role preferably in logistics
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch, French and English
• You have a passion for customer service and logistics
• You are stress-resistant and can handle client information with discretion
• You are flexibly available from Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time between 7am and 8.30am
• You are a team player who can keep an overview administratively
