Credit advisor (junior or senior)
Function
Are you someone who likes to really help customers move forward? Someone who listens, builds trust and sees credit advice not as a standard conversation, but as an important moment in someone's life?
For our client, a warm and stable bank branch with two branches, we are looking for a Credit Relationship Manager. You will join an office where personal contact is key. Not only towards customers, but also within the team.
Here, you do not work in a distant environment where everything revolves around targets and speed. But in an office where colleagues know each other, where consultation is a matter of course and files are followed up with care. The office manager is involved, accessible and communicates openly. This creates an atmosphere where people feel good, can grow and like staying.
Whether you already have experience within credit, or are just looking to take your first steps in the banking sector: if you are customer-focused, accurate in your work and enjoy being in a warm nest, then you are the one we are looking for!
What will you do?
As Credit Manager, you will guide customers through their credit application. You listen to their story, clearly map out their situation and together seek a solution that suits their needs.
You are a trusted point of contact for customers. You explain matters clearly, follow up files correctly and ensure that customers feel well supported from the first conversation to further settlement.
Specifically, you will:
- guides customers through their credit applications, from initial interview to signing;
- analyse financial data and help think of an appropriate proposal;
- Follow up credit files accurately and ensure smooth processing;
- informs customers in a clear and human way;
- builds lasting relationships of trust;
- Working closely with colleagues within the office;
- thinking along on how to provide an even stronger service to customers.
You get the space to get to know clients well and follow up files with attention. No assembly line work, but advice where quality and trust are important.
Profile
This position is open to both a junior and a more experienced profile.
Maybe you have just completed your bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or master's degree and have your PCP certificates. Or maybe you already have experience within banking, credit or financial advice and are ready for an environment where you are closer to the customer.
What is especially important:
- You have an interest in credit and want to guide customers correctly;
- you are communicatively strong and build trust easily;
- you work accurately, in a structured and responsible way;
- You feel good in a smaller, stable team;
- You derive satisfaction from personal contact and helping customers move forward.
Organisation
Our client is a locally anchored bank branch with two branches and a strong reputation for service, trust and personal touch.
The atmosphere is open, warm and human. Colleagues help each other, share knowledge and work together to provide a quality service for customers. The team has a lot of experience and stability, so you can count on guidance and support when you need it.
You will end up in an office where people are approachable, where there is room for consultation and where, as an employee, you are not a number.
