Function

• Providing advice on various credit products and financial options;
• Analysing credit applications and assessing risks;
• Preparing a clear and comprehensive dossier for each application;
• Guiding customers through the entire loan process, from application to completion;
• Providing information on the terms and conditions and legal regulations relating to lending;
• Working together with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional service;
• Identifying opportunities to provide further support to customers.

Profile

• A strong interest in financial matters and customer-focused service;
• Experience of providing advice in the banking sector or a similar context;
• Accuracy and attention to detail, which are crucial in administration and risk analysis;
• Willingness to learn about specific credit products and legislation;
• A team player who actively contributes to collective results;
• Integrity and discretion are important in confidential dealings with clients.

Organisation
