Credit Advisor

Function

As a Credit Adviser, you are the point of contact for clients with financial questions. You listen to their situation, think along with them and translate their needs into appropriate advice.

Your duties will include:

• Proactively contacting clients for a financial check-up.
• Scheduling your own appointments and actively managing your diary.
• Advising clients on credit solutions and other financial products.
• Conducting commercial conversations with existing clients.
• Explaining your advice clearly and in a client-focused manner.
• Working closely with colleagues across two offices.

Profile

Our client is looking for an independent and commercially minded professional who enjoys taking initiative and building trust with clients.

• You preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience in credits.
• An affinity with financial services is important.
• You speak and write excellent Dutch.
• You are able to work comfortably with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a welcome bonus.
• You are self-reliant, entrepreneurial and client-focused.
• You enjoy working together and contribute to an open team culture.
