Credit advisor

Function

As a credit advisor, you are the point of contact for customers with questions about financing. You analyse their situation and work out solutions that fit their plans and financial possibilities.

Your range of tasks:

• Advising customers around mortgage loans and financing solutions for individuals
• Supervising self-employed and enterprises in investment and professional credit applications
• Analysing the financial situation and credit needs from customers
• Elaborating credit proposals and credit files
• Supervising customers of request for signature
• Follow-up of files on administrative and content level
• Maintain and further develop customer relations
• Collaborate with colleagues within banking and insurance consultancy

In doing so, you combine analytical insight with customer-oriented advice.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with an interest in lending and financial solutions.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or finance, or equivalent through experience
• Experience in credits, banking or financial advice is a plus
• Interested in both private as well as corporate loans
• Customer-oriented and communicative attitude
• Commercial feel and advisory approach
• Strong analytical insight and precise working style
• Able to work independently but also strong in a team environment
