Credit advisor

Function

You will guide customers from the initial consultation right through to the signing of the mortgage deed.

Specifically, this means:

• Processing credit applications from private individuals
• Advice on mortgages and renovation loans
• Analysing financial records
• Drawing up bespoke credit proposals
• Guiding customers through the entire credit process
• Working with notaries, colleagues and external partners
• Identifying additional opportunities within the customer relationship
• Building long-term customer relationships

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Previous experience in lending or the banking sector is an advantage
• Interest in property finance
• Analytically strong
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded
• Accurate and structured
• Fluent in Dutch
