Function

• You will analyse technical documents and convert building plans and bills of quantities into clear cost estimates and transparent quotations.
• You will gather pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors, compare quotations and contribute creative ideas regarding alternatives and efficiency improvements.
• In consultation with project leaders, you will ensure that projects are properly prepared from both a financial and technical perspective.
• You keep an eye out for indicators that affect a project’s returns and risks, and provide advice on these matters.
• Together with the team, you will work on establishing a streamlined and well-organised costing process within the company.

Profile

• You have a qualification in the construction sector or relevant practical experience
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with figures
• You work in an organised and meticulous manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• You will combine working independently with active collaboration within the team
• You are able to convey information clearly and professionally
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are keen to learn and ambitious
