Function

As a Calculator, you play an important role in drawing up correct and competitive quotations for a variety of construction projects. You ensure that plans and information are converted into clear and realistic price calculations.

• You independently make price calculations based on plans, technical info and project data
• You study all delivered documents and translate them into a correct and market-based offer
• You consult with sales and customers to fully understand the needs and help think of solutions
• You will work closely with the project team (sales, project preparation and project management)
• You request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and carefully compare them
• You track prices and offers to always get the best value for money

Profile

Are you someone who likes to bring structure to complex construction projects and gets energy from finding the right numbers and solutions? Then you will probably feel at home here very quickly.

We are looking for a Calculator who is analytically strong, works accurately and enjoys contributing to quality quotations within a growing construction company.

• You already have experience as a calculator, preferably with tender files
• You are strong with numbers and like to work accurately
• You enjoy working together in a team to come up with strong offers and solutions
• You can work independently and take responsibility
