Function

As a calculator at our client, you are an important link in the preparation of projects and public tenders. You support the project team by working numerically and analytically on tenders and ensure that files are followed up efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing and pre-calculating projects and tenders based on specifications
• Requesting prices from suppliers, making price comparisons and preparing quotations
• Creating price offers for customers based on existing price lists
• Working closely with project leaders and branch managers for smooth file transfer
• Maintain administrative records of project progress
• Working with the team to ensure full administrative processing of quotations within the scheduled deadlines

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a construction or economic field with technical interest
• Preferably some experience in a similar position
• Ability to cope well with tight deadlines
• Numerical, analytical and organised mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French (to process French-language specifications), basic knowledge of German is a plus
