Commercial Customer Adviser Insurance

Function

As an Insurance Adviser, you are the point of contact for clients with questions about policies and optimisations of their insurance package, and you also bring in these clients yourself. You work autonomously whilst collaborating closely with other specialist colleagues.

You carry out the following range of tasks:

• You are the point of contact for all clients' insurance-related questions;
• You provide tailored advice on all manner of insurance products, particularly within non-life;
• You draw up insurance policies in accordance with the client's wishes;
• You proactively set about deepening your client portfolio;
• You negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best terms.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to continue specialising and developing.

Profile

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You have some initial work experience in the insurance sector, and/or hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a financial field;
• You are commercially minded without being pushy;
• Working in a client-focused manner with a natural gift for conversation comes naturally to you;
• You have good administrative acumen and work accurately.
• You have strong communication skills, take initiative and have a positive, flexible attitude;
• You are willing to continuously upskill yourself in the ever-evolving world of insurance.
