Sales consultant for external joinery

Function

Do you turn every customer into an ambassador?

• You will guide private customers through the entire process of choosing windows and doors (PVC, aluminium or timber), offering professional advice and paying close attention to detail
• You will either visit these customers at home or welcome them to our client’s spacious, modern showroom in Leuven
• Together with the team, you will ensure a warm and professional service in the showroom
• Leads are provided internally: you’ll welcome them with enthusiasm and follow them up personally (no cold calling!)
• You will carry out initial technical measurements at the customer’s premises
• Customers can rely on you; you draw up the quote and discuss it in detail in the showroom.
• You will closely monitor every case, from the quotation stage right through to the signing of the sales contract
• You work efficiently using the suppliers’ calculation software, keep your records up to date and carefully prepare each file for the technical department
• You organise your own schedule, working mainly from Tuesday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm (with flexible hours)

Profile

Would you like to put your commercial skills to good use in a dynamic team?

• You have some initial commercial experience, preferably in the B2C windows and doors sector
• For you, selling and advising go hand in hand: you work with the customer to find the best solution, without resorting to hard-sell tactics
• You have a strong interest in building, renovating and engineering
• You have an extensive network and a well-groomed appearance
• You communicate clearly, professionally and with a customer-focused approach
• You are results-oriented, put the customer first and are able to work independently
• You like flexibility, and working on Saturdays (as part of a five-day week) is no problem for you
• You are computer literate and have a good working knowledge of the Office suite (experience with spreadsheet software or CRM systems would be an advantage)
