As a Calculator, you will fulfil an essential role in the construction process, all the way from the heart of Hasselt. You work closely with a driven team to make building projects a success. Through accurate cost estimates and project calculations, you turn ideas into concrete plans. Your responsibilities include analysing construction drawings and technical specifications, preparing detailed budgets and identifying areas for improvement to make processes more efficient. Your keen insight and analytical skills are invaluable to support the right decisions. Every project is a unique challenge - just like you!

Profile

Are you the perfect match for our team in Hasselt? We are looking for someone who meets the following characteristics:

• You have relevant work experience in a similar position.
• You have a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking skills.
• You hold a master's degree in a construction engineering discipline.
• You have communication skills and enjoy working together as a true team player.
• You are strong with numbers and work extremely accurately.
• You have experience with calculation software and MS Office, with Excel being your preferred choice.
• You work in a structured way and know how to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
