Function

As a calculator, you are an important link within the team and actively contribute to the realisation of accurate and competitive quotations.

After a thorough familiarisation period, you will be able to independently prepare price calculations based on construction information, plans and project details.

You carefully study the supplied documents and translate them into a correct, competitive and market-based calculation.

You will be in close contact with the fellow salesperson and the potential customer for consultation and to clearly identify needs.

In this role, you will form a focal point within the project team, which includes sales, project preparation and project management.

You will also liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, request and closely follow up on quotations to achieve the best value for money.

In short, you will ensure reliable and competitive price proposals, making an essential contribution to the successful realisation of various construction projects within the company.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering, or have equivalent experience.
• You already have experience as a calculator and are familiar with tender dossiers.
• You are numerically strong and aspire to a position within a growing company.
• You enjoy working as part of a team to come up with the best solutions and offers.
• You have strong commercial acumen and can work well independently.
• You are analytically minded and work accurately.
