Are you a maths whizz and do you feel at home in the dynamic world of construction projects? As a Quantity Surveyor at our organisation in North Limburg, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a company that takes pride in its innovative projects in both residential and non-residential construction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for drawing up accurate cost estimates for our varied construction projects, ranging from small façade renovations to large-scale turnkey projects worth up to €4 million. You will work alongside our project managers and structural engineers, analysing plans and quotations, and translating these into cost-effective solutions that are feasible within the set budget.

Profile

Our client is looking for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with experience and a passion for figures and the construction industry. We are also looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture (a master’s degree would be an advantage!).
• Technical background in construction (but not in road construction or infrastructure).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cost estimation software and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch is essential).
• Independence, but also a team-player mentality.
• Regional knowledge (working in Antwerp, Brussels, Flemish Brabant and even Germany).
