Are you a numbers wizard who feels at home in the dynamic world of construction projects?

As a Quantity Surveyor at our client in Noord-Limburg, you will have the opportunity to be part of a company that takes pride in its innovative projects within both residential and utility construction.

In this role, you will be responsible for drawing up accurate cost calculations for our varied construction projects, ranging from small façade renovations to large-scale turnkey projects up to €4 million.

You will collaborate with project managers and structural engineers, analyse plans and quotations, and translate these into cost-efficient solutions that are feasible within the set budget.

Profile

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience and a passion for numbers and construction.

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture (a master’s degree would be an advantage!).
• Technical background in construction.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cost estimation software and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An excellent command of Dutch is a must.
• Willingness to carry out projects in Antwerp, Brussels, Flemish Brabant and Germany.
