Function

• Gather necessary information from the client to correctly determine project needs and available budget.
• Collaborate with colleagues in execution to achieve optimal results for both the client and the company.
• Analyse all available data (such as measurement statement, specifications, plans, etc.) and compile a solid file.
• Get quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and combine them with your own activities to arrive at a total price.
• Adjust your calculation to factors such as planning, execution, choice of materials and quality, and provide optimisations where possible.
• Submit the complete file to the client on time according to the agreed deadline.
• Negotiate with the client to reach an agreement on your submitted file.
• Think creatively with the customer as a calculator and suggest solutions or improvements where needed.
• Check the ordered project thoroughly in cooperation with the legal department.
• Maintain contact with operational managers during execution to ensure correct realisation of your calculated assignment.

Profile

• Do you have experience in a similar position within the Construction and Infra sector.
• Do you have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering Construction, or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering under your belt.
• Are you passionate about all things calculus.
• Do you work accurately and know how to structure your tasks.
• Dare to think innovatively and outside the box, to the benefit of both the customer and the company.
• Be fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of both English and French.
