Project Manager

Function

As project manager, you will be responsible for

• Day-to-day monitoring of your projects (houses, flats, offices, etc.).
• Managing 4 to 5 sites and scheduling suppliers and subcontractors in a timely manner.
• Drawing up the schedule.
• Monitoring the quality of the works and ensuring safety.
• Leading site meetings.
• The preparation of the statements of claims.
• Monitoring performance, budget and planning.
• Provisional and final delivery.

Profile

You have

• A bachelor’s degree in construction, a master’s degree in civil engineering, or relevant experience as a project manager in the general construction sector.
• An excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Strong communication skills. After all, you will act as the point of contact for various stakeholders throughout the entire construction process.
