Building services project manager
Function
As a building services project leader, you will work within HVAC, sanitary facilities, electricity, sprinklers,... After an induction period, you will independently carry out a challenging mix of projects as a project leader.
Below is a sample of your duties:
- Supervise the in-house engineering office in the design of technical installations.
- Investigate feasibility of innovative, energy-efficient and renewable technologies.
- Support in the procurement process of technical installations.
- Monitoring the progress of construction sites and making adjustments where necessary.
- Monitoring deadlines and budgets in terms of materials, subcontractors, additional work, settlements.
- Managing designers, site managers, technicians and subcontractors.
Profile
As a project manager, you will largely fulfil the following:
- In possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as electromechanics, energy management,...
- Or you have a construction background and an affinity for building technologies.
- As a school leaver, you are also eligible.
- Experience or interest in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers,...
- You are bitten by modern techniques and seek the best solution for customers.
- Communication skills in Dutch. Basic knowledge of English and French.
- You like the combination between recruiting and desk work.
