BIM Modeller

Function

As BIM Modeler you will be a crucial link in the design and realisation process of challenging infrastructure and construction projects within Belgium. You will work closely with project leaders and 3D design engineers to create high-quality models that meet our customers' requirements. You will be responsible for detailing 2D and 3D drawings, managing and expanding component libraries and keeping your knowledge within the field up to date.

• Drafting and detailing from basic drawings to execution drawings using BIM software.
• Daily management and development of libraries of components and design templates.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to achieve project goals.
• Support innovative technical solutions and contribute to sustainable construction projects.
• Perform quality checks to ensure designs meet standards and customer expectations.

Profile

We are looking for a passionate and experienced BIM Modeler who is keen to join our client's team and is looking to contribute his/her bit to all construction sites of the century. Today and in the future.

You bring with you the following qualities and skills:

• Initial work experience as a draughtsman or BIM modeller is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with 3D modelling software.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and affinity with the construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors.
• You work in a precise and quality-oriented manner with an eye for details and project specifications.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• You are flexible, results-oriented and possess a driving licence B.
• Location: in the fileless area of Herentals.

Our client is an engineering consultancy focused on consulting, design and research within infrastructure, construction, geotechnical, environmental, archaeological, surveying and technical innovation.
