- Developing quotes, discussing rates, and clearly recording agreements are part of your commercial and operational responsibilities.
- Communication with clients, inland waterway operators, and other parties involved takes place largely by telephone and e-mail. You ensure that everyone has the right information in a timely manner.
- Cargo documents and order details are carefully prepared, checked, and managed by you, so that transports can be followed up correctly from an administrative perspective.
- When changes, delays, or unexpected situations arise, you quickly analyse the options and intervene with a solution that combines client satisfaction and feasibility.
- You contribute to good collaboration within a stable team by sharing information, actively seeking consultation, and sharing responsibility for day-to-day operations.
- As a Freight Broker, you will have the space to further develop your commercial insight, market knowledge, and responsibilities in a specialised environment where your impact is visible.
