Bank reception and insurance officer

Function

As a Bank Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You provide a warm and professional welcome and guide them in their daily banking affairs. At the same time, you are an important link in the branch's insurance section. You will assist customers in commercial advisory discussions, the conclusion of policies and in case of claims.

What exactly you do:

• Welcoming customers in the office or by phone.
• Answering questions around day-to-day banking (payments, cards, accounts...).
• Making advisory calls on insurance products.
• Administrative processing of policies and claims files.
• Spotting opportunities and referring them to colleagues.

Profile

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, but also firm on content.

• You already have a nice experience within insurance, ideally both in production and claims management.
• You hold a valid PCP certificate (must)
• You are communicatively strong, listen actively and ask the right questions.
• You work accurately, organised and independently.
• Affinity with banking products is an asset, but not a must.
• You are collegial and contribute ideas to the smooth running of the office.
