Banking & insurance adviser

Function

You will take on a broad role focusing on insurance (±75%) and lending, supplemented by day-to-day banking.

• You will manage and optimise insurance files (primarily BOAR)
• You proactively invite customers and identify opportunities
• You will help shape a more commercial, forward-looking approach
• You will take turns manning the helpdesk
• You will provide support in the areas of home loans and consumer credit (depending on your interests and career progression)
• You’ll help us explore ways to make the office more efficient and client-focused

Profile

You don’t have to be a finished product. Just someone who wants to get ahead.

• You are interested in insurance and/or loans
• Some initial experience is a bonus, but not essential
• You are a good communicator and are not afraid to take the initiative
• You enjoy working as part of a team without any hierarchical barriers
• You enjoy an open, direct style of communication
• You’re keen to learn and pick things up quickly
• PCP certificate? A plus point, not a deal-breaker
