Assistant Team Coach Distribution

Function

As Assistant Team Coach Distribution, you will act as the operational right-hand man to the Team Coach. You will ensure the smooth delivery of medicines and other pharmaceutical products by our drivers to our customers, the pharmacies, up to 3 times a day.

• You coordinate the execution of the planning and make adjustments where necessary.
• You will assist in the training, orientation and integration of new drivers and take on some administrative tasks specific to the Expedition department.
• You will ensure that orders are prepared in a timely, error-free and efficient manner, helping to strive for excellence in customer service.
• You monitor that drivers can leave on time for their tours.
• You take care of preparing deliveries to be added to the tours in addition to the regular order.
• You make quality a priority: you monitor order and cleanliness on the shop floor and speak to the drivers about it.
• You will work closely with the team of drivers every day and can count on the support of your team coach. You will report directly to the Team Coach Distribution.

Profile

For the Assistant Team Coach Warehouse position, we are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

• Working with deadlines certainly doesn't put you off.
• You coordinate the execution of the planning and make adjustments where necessary.
• Assist in the training, orientation and integration of new drivers and takes on some administrative tasks specific to the Expedition Department.
• Monitoring the schedule so that drivers can leave on time.
• You have a flexible attitude and are willing to work early and late shifts. One week you will work Monday to Friday 6h-14h03. The other week you will be home on Monday, working Tuesday to Thursday 11h42-19h45, Friday 9h45-17h48 and Saturday 6h-14h03.
