What challenges will you face here?

• Creating innovative creative designs and concepts for sports and leisure buildings.
• Elaborate permit and implementation files, including plans, measurement statements and specifications, in collaboration with colleagues.
• Coordinate the project team and manage 1-2 project staff as soon as you are ready.
• Supervise and direct construction projects; liaise with larger contractors and various subcontractors.
• Monitor overview in budget, planning and execution, with focus on quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers and assistant architects.

Profile

Who are we looking for?

• You have several years of experience as an architect and are ready to assume responsibility in projects.
• You are mature, independent, critical and have an assertive attitude.
• You like to function as a central figure and maintain an overview, even on challenging or larger projects.
• You feel at home in a dynamic environment with a variation between designing and following up projects.
• You work in a structured way, with attention to detail and think in a solution-oriented way, even with complex questions from contractors.
• You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of other languages (such as French) is a valuable addition.
• Experience in sports and recreational construction is not a requirement, but motivation and enthusiasm are all the more so.
