Airfreight Planner

Function

You will be responsible for planning bookings for cargo, making volume calculations and preparing quotes.

• Daily coordination and optimisation of BRU HUB's air cargo capacity
• Propose volume control / changes as trends emerge
• Communicating with airlines to obtain competitive ad hoc rates and optimal shipping conditions
• Timely response to bookings and requests from both customers and suppliers
• Timely implementation of increases / cancellations and reductions / returns of capacity
• Follow-up of Irregularity Reports (planning items)
• Timely transfer of instructions to Operations / Warehouse / Handlers and Road
• Booking shipments through various platforms, including Cargo Web and other

Profile

• You know the world of air freight and forwarding through and through, including consolidation at ULD and flight level.
