Function

• You follow proactive commercial leads, with a focus on needs around housing;
• You follow your files up from a to z: from a request for information to the full term of the credit;
• For your customers, you are a financial fiduciaryr watching over their financial well-being;
• You work in a digital mindset as much as possible and respond to customer needs and expectations to the maximum extent. You speak to them both in the office and remotely via Teams;
• You wear active Contribute to achieving your office's goals;

Profile

• You go quiet deal with questions or complaints and are someone who keeps your promises;
• You have a higher education diploma or experience In managing a client portfolio;
• Making contacts, building a network and working in a team: that's what energises you;
• You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools;
• You have a command of Dutch. Knowledge of a second language is a plus;
