Administrator Insurance partucials

Locatie: Lebbeke, East Flanders, Belgium Sector: Finance Contract: Indefinite time Uren: 38.5 hrs/week

Function

You will join a family-run insurance agency with short lines of communication and a lot of mutual trust. No hard sales context. But content, files and real customer relations.

You are the first point of contact for private customers and manage their files from A to Z. The focus is on production and follow-up, not on sales.

What you do, in essence:

  • Managing private insurance files from start to finish
  • Conducting customer interviews and assessing needs correctly
  • Monitor files closely and adjust where necessary
  • Working within BOAR, with possible interfaces with Leven as well
  • Completing files independently, with support from team leaders as needed

You will work alternately from two offices in the region, together with colleagues who actively contribute ideas on structure and improvement.

Profile

You will fit in here if you are not a pure salesperson. But someone with substance, drive and empathy.

What's important:

  • Experience within insurance private individuals
  • Background in banking also possible, provided sufficient technical baggage
  • File management gives you energy
  • You work accurately and set high standards for yourself
  • Independent, assertive but always polite
  • Customer-oriented, warm in communication
  • Positive attitude and sense of team spirit
  • Knowledge of Broker Cloud is a plus
  • French and English are nice to have, not a requirement
