Are you commercially strong and have an affinity with the construction industry? Then this position as Account Manager might be for you.

In this role, you are the connecting link between customers and the company. You listen to their needs, think up solutions and translate these into customised projects. From the first contact to the development of a long-term cooperation: you are the point of contact throughout the entire process.

• You actively build a strong network within the construction industry (architects, project developers and other partners)
• You will advise clients on the design and implementation of their projects, tailored to their requirements
• You will work together with the estimator to convert projects into a feasible and realistic concept
• You visit customers mainly in the East and West Flanders region
• You will report directly to the regional manager

Profile

We are looking for an Account Manager who knows how to connect customers with solutions, who thinks along at project level and who gets energy from building lasting partnerships.

• You have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience
• You have already built a network within real estate or property development
• Thinking along with customers and working in a quality-oriented way is not a challenge for you
• You are communicatively strong and build relationships easily
• You enjoy working in a team and have an eye for safety
