Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for securing good deals, and do you want to help build a successful future? As a procurement officer, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s projects. Based at their office in Lummen, you’ll be responsible for drawing up and managing procurement files to support our construction sites. You’ll explore the market, select the best suppliers and negotiate like a true professional. You’ll assess quotations, draw up contracts and incorporate innovative BIM methodologies into your work processes. You’ll work closely with the head of the design department and ensure your knowledge remains up to date through training. Ready to make your mark?

- You hold a degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in architecture, or equivalent expertise gained through experience.
- Relevant experience in the construction industry is an absolute must.
- You have knowledge of the latest construction techniques and materials available on the market.
- Negotiating comes naturally to you; time and again, you manage to secure the best deals.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for figures? Check!
- You work in a structured and meticulous manner, because it’s the details that make the difference.
- Your practical knowledge of Excel and Word ensures that you have full control over the systems.
- Interested in BIM engineering? Great, because that’s a real asset to our team.
- Familiar with KPD Bouwoffice? Even better!
- Knowledge of French is a nice bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
