As a Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in their mission to achieve excellence within the construction sector.

• Purchasing & Planning: You will monitor the procurement planning for projects, organise regular meetings with the site teams, and draw up contracts and purchase orders that are legally and administratively sound.
• Project-specific purchases: You will request quotes, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Working alongside the Finance team, you will carry out in-depth financial analyses and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Business & Networking: You actively build integrity and long-term relationships by seeking out new suppliers and subcontractors and representing the organisation professionally at events.
• Legislation & Compliance: You ensure that social legislation is correctly applied by subcontractors.

Profile

We are looking for someone with experience and ambition, a born negotiator with a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience in a construction project environment.
• An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on safety and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a talent for building long-term partnerships.
• A focus on results and integrity in negotiations and business decisions.
