Work Planner - Purchaser

• Analyse technical aspects of specification drawings
• Reviewing and fine-tuning construction plans
• Checking implementation and production drawings
• Requesting quotes from manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Estimate the amount of materials and the number of working hours for the project
• Record orders in consultation with management
• Work closely with project management and drawing office
• Taking measurements on site 
• Checking services or products delivered

Our client specialises in the construction of industrial buildings with or without offices. Also steel and concrete construction, project development, utility construction, industrial halls and production halls, logistics buildings, showrooms and car garages. They are active both in Belgium and in the Netherlands. Their realisations are done with their own people as much as possible, starting with the drawing work and engineering. The same applies to the executive work, such as foundation work, masonry work, assembly of the structure, roof and wall cladding and other finishes.

• Bachelor construction or equivalent through experience
• Fluent in MS Office and Autocad 
• Technical insight and experience in architectural drafting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
