• The management of one or more construction sites in the region of Antwerp - Limburg - Flemish Brabant with budgets between 500K and 3 MIO euro falls under your responsibility.
• Together with the client and the architect, you will supervise projects from start to finish and be responsible for any aftercare.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: You work together daily with the work planners, foremen, workers and subcontractors.
• Project parameters such as execution time, budget, deployment of people and resources and quality of the final result are matters you watch over.
• You are actively involved in the general site monitoring with regard to the building systems, site meetings, planning, VCA and quality.
• In case of technical problems, you intervene and make adjustments where necessary. Monitoring the financial aspects of the project is also part of your job description.

Our client is an ambitious class 6 construction team specialising in new builds, renovations and interiors.

They guarantee large and small assignments, from private interior work and new construction to total projects for B2B. This construction team also works on complex construction and renovation projects in places that are difficult to reach, as well as complicated energy renovations.

• A bachelor's degree in construction with 5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader in buildings (from carcass to finishing) is a must.
• Experience in renovation projects is an important asset that you can certainly leverage with our client.
• Do you have experience of working in the public sector? Certainly a plus.
• The qualities 'enterprising, driven, solution-oriented and motivating' characterise you.
• Speaking and writing Dutch is fluent. You can also manage in French and English.
• You stand firm to defend your "case" with the customer and this on the basis of a well-founded technical and financial vision.
