Architect

My client has the following things to offer:

• You work 40 hours/week.
• Paid catch-up rest days and 10 days off at will.
• Correct salary according to experience.
• 3 weeks construction leave in July and August, 1 week between Christmas and New Year.
• A pool car is available.
• Meal vouchers of €5 and eco vouchers of €250/year.
• Depending on your position, you may be eligible for a company car after a while.

For this vacancy as an architect (Ir.) in the Bruges region, your tasks will be as follows:

• You draw up a first draft design based on the customer's request.
• Throughout the project, you as the architect are in charge.
• As an architect, you are the contact person for the client and the executors.
• You are present at all site meetings.
• As an architect, you will manage the project team from design to implementation.
• According to the public procedures, you will prepare tender dossiers.
• The preparation of the environmental permits, choice of materials and consultation with the government authorities are among your tasks.
• As an architect, you will follow up the construction site, check the progress sheets and draw up the final account and as-built.

Our client is a family office active in infrastructure works, allotment, hydraulic engineering and landscape works. You can also contact them for urban development and architecture projects in both the public and private sectors.

Today, they have a specialised team ready to tackle any project on a daily basis. Due to growth, they are looking for additional employees. The office is easily accessible and parking is provided.

For this vacancy as architect (Ir.) region Bruges, I am looking for the following profile:

• You are in possession of a master degree in architecture.
• Preferably you already have about 5 years of experience.
• For this vacancy you are someone who is aware of the legislation.
• You are someone who likes to learn.
• You have knowledge of Autocad.
• Civil 3D is and added value.
