The client needs someone who loves civil construction and is looking for the following range of responsibilities;

• Determining the price and preparing offers for the requested work. This is done in accordance with the application or the specifications.
• Preparing the necessary documents to support the colleagues in charge of the implementation.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Follow up on quality issues (QA/QC).
• Preparation of As built file.
• Thinking along for methods to carry out the work more efficiently, more ergonomically or at a higher level of quality.

You will be employed at one of the Antwerp shipyards where the work mainly concerns industrial mechanical maintenance works.

This contractor specialises in tank construction and tank maintenance.

The projects run worldwide and they are known as experts in civil works, pipe work, tank jacking, panel building and engineering.

They are constantly learning about new technologies so that they can offer good service to customers.

As a new colleague planner, you recognise yourself in the following skills and soft skills;

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering and have a keen interest in civil works.

• You are stress resistant and take the necessary care and caution.
• You have the necessary administrative skills and can work with the common MS Office packages (Excel, Word, ...). Experience with MS Projects is a plus.
