With your in-depth construction knowledge and eye for detail, you draw up price calculations. Thanks to your expertise, you suggest alternatives and optimisations, identify gaps and anticipate execution difficulties.

• You are responsible for carrying out price calculations in the context of preparing offers and tender dossiers
• You study specifications, plans and measurement sheets, check them for completeness
• You identify implementation difficulties and/or opportunities and look for economic alternatives
• You calculate the correct cost price of your own work, request prices from subcontractors and suppliers and check them for conformity with the specifications
• You are involved in the contract negotiations and follow up the calculations to order
• You do a thorough check of the order and ensure full information transfer to project management and purchasing
• You will participate in building a knowledge database for use in future calculations
• You will report to the chief calculator

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position
