What can they offer you?

• You work 39 hours/week and you stop an hour earlier on Fridays.

For this job as a site manager in the Bruges region, your duties will be as follows:

• You will take on multiple assignments and will be on the road a lot to coordinate the various sites.
• You monitor the progress of the work as well as the quality and safety aspects.
• You roll up your sleeves to put out fires where necessary.
• Reporting to the designers and manager

This engineering firm has been active in infrastructure for 53 years, from road and sewerage works to land development. They do not do buildings, but everything that is connected to a building.

Recently, they have started an association with an architect's office, techniques and study stability, which ensures that they have a lot under their own control.

With a team of 10 employees, they are a young and dynamic office. From structural engineers and surveyors to garden and landscape architects, they work here. Twice a year they organise a teambuilding and on Friday they stop an hour earlier and you can stay for a drink and a nibble.

In the afternoon, all colleagues have lunch together and sometimes they play a board game. Are you a fan of The Mole or The Masked Singer? Then they do polls about it.
The colleagues are close to each other and therefore they find a good group atmosphere very important.

They want to continue investing in their employees, which is why there is the possibility of additional training.

The office is located 5 minutes from the E40 and they will soon move to a new location that is equally easy to reach.

Due to expansion of their team, they are looking for new employees.

You preferably have several years of experience as a site manager in road and infrastructure. You are results-oriented, independent, punctual and orderly.

You are proactive and anticipate potential problems. You react quickly and deliver neat reports. We expect you to have a good working knowledge of current Office programmes. A knowledge of Pythagoras is a bonus.

Driving licence B is a must.
