Technical Support Specialist

As Technical Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for technical questions regarding the use and operation of water softeners for both questions from external (installers/suppliers...) and internal colleagues's. In addition, you contribute to the continuous improvement of these productions. Some of the tasks involved in your role include:

• You will answer technical questions from customers and colleagues's.
• You will organise and conduct technical training sessions for different target groups (e.g. installers). This can be both digital and physical.
• You will assist in researching and troubleshooting the products at customers' premises. You will also prepare technical documentation for this.
• You analyse and collect feedback regarding the quality and functionality of the products with the aim of continuously improving them.
• You will manage the internal process for returning defective products.

This position is largely performed at the Mortsel office. 

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with the following profile:

• You have a technical education or equivalent through experience.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
• You are accurate and good at administration to keep track of all documentation.
• You are a real problem solver, always aiming to provide the best service.
• You are flexible in travel both at home and abroad for training.
• You are communicatively strong in Dutch, English and French.

Our client, located in Mortsel, specialises in manufacturing and dealing in water softeners. These water softeners are distributed in 40 countries worldwide. This company is part of a larger group. For their Mortsel office, they are looking for an additional Technical Support Specialist.
