Technical Project Manager - Property

As Junior Technical Project Manager, you play a crucial role in organising and monitoring new developments and building renovations. With a focus on sustainability, you will ensure that our customers can always count on a tailor-made, safe and pleasant working environment.

What will you do?

1. Organising major maintenance works in consultation with the Technical Director

• Perform analysis
• Drawing up tender documents and bills of quantities
• Doing a price study
• Tenders, price negotiations and contracting
• Communication and consultation with contractors, customers and tenants
• Planning development, site monitoring and delivery
• Administrative follow-up (order forms, invoicing, etc.)
• Post-calculation

2. Innovation

• Analysing and developing innovative projects in a team context
• Determine technical feasibility
• Participating in the preparation of business cases
• Negotiating with different stakeholders
• Preparing presentations for Board meetings

3. BREEAM

• Coordinate BREEAM In Use assessments in collaboration with external parties
• Follow-up of retro-fit works

Does all this sound like music to your ears, but you do not yet possess practical knowledge. Who knows where your bubbly personality will take you!

You have a technical degree and taken your first steps into the world.

You are familiar with or interested in preparing specifications, price calculations and cost analyses. In addition, you have knowledge of sustainability and are familiar with fire safety in both office and industrial buildings.

You have experience with Autocad, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and quickly familiarise yourself with apps and online tools that facilitate your tasks. You love technical challenges and solve every problem in a thoughtful way.

Transparent communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues's a matter of course for you. You are a loyal team player who works together with respect and trust. In addition, you switch quickly between different projects and respect deadlines. You are commercial and customer-oriented, ambitious and goal-oriented.

You are critical, structured, pragmatic and accurate. Moreover, you are flexible, stress-resistant and always willing to learn. You are fluent in Dutch and can also express yourself well in French and English.
