Field Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer Grains and Food, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing specialised machinery and equipment within the grain and food processing industry. You ensure an optimally functioning technical service and you are the direct point of contact for our customers on technical issues. With your expertise, you contribute to the operational reliability and efficiency of our customers.

• Installation and commissioning of machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
• Advise and train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Document work performed and report to service manager.

For the position of Service Engineer Grains and Food, we are looking for a technical specialist with the following qualifications:

• Completed technical education, preferably in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience in service and maintenance in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food industry.
• Good command of the Dutch, French and English languages.
• Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work breakdown shifts.
• In possession of a driving licence B.
