Site Manager Signalisation

For our client, located in Antwerp, we are looking for a Site Manager for the Signalisation department. Are you the person we are looking for?

What does the job description of a site manager signalling look like?

- In charge of assigned sites within our signalling department, you will bear full responsibility from start to finish.

- You will receive support from internal departments to facilitate and optimise your tasks.

- You are the lynchpin in the day-to-day running of the construction sites. This means that you are responsible for organising, coordinating and controlling these projects.

- Maintaining close contacts with all stakeholders is a crucial part of your job.

- Administrative tasks are also part of your responsibilities, such as preparing schedules, applying for and following up on permits, stock management and placing orders.

- In case of urgent interventions, you are ready to respond quickly and appropriately.

For our client, we are currently looking for a Site Manager for the Signalisation department. The current site manager will retire in a while and now they are looking for a worthy replacement who will contribute to the further growth of the company. 

- You have experience in interpreting traffic signage plans and can accurately translate them into practical applications in the field.

- You can work independently while having the skills to manage and motivate a team.

- You have good spatial insight, which is essential for planning complex traffic signals.

- You are stress-resistant and can deal flexibly with changing situations and deadlines.

- Your command of the Dutch language is excellent. Knowledge of French and Turkish is a valuable addition.

- Preferably, you have a C driving licence to move easily to different locations with the arrow truck or trailer if needed.

- You are proficient with the PC, can effortlessly read and process data, and handle e-mails efficiently.

- You are assertive, proactive and have the potential to grow in this role, even if you have no experience as a site manager but a background as a road construction/signalling worker.

- You are an early bird and prefer to see the morning sun rise on the yard itself.
