Sustainable building technology project engineer

As a sustainable building technology project engineer, you will supervise projects from A to Z at both study and implementation level.

• You lead a team in working out a concept and shape it together with the client/customer
• You will do studies/calculation around HVAC, insulation, plumbing, ...
• You will develop a design and bring together various plans/techniques in it
• You will always actively seek out new techniques yourself
• You give advice and adjust plans where necessary
• You compile specifications
• You ensure technical follow-up on site and monitor quality

For the position of sustainable building techniques project engineer, we are looking for a driven engineer with initial experience and who is not afraid to take projects by the horns.

• You have a master's degree in a relevant field (electromechanics, air conditioning, energy, etc.)
• You already have at least initial experience in building technology
• You have knowledge of HVAC systems, energy-efficient building technology, ...
• You stay on top of stress and are not easily upset
• You are precise and do your best to finish projects nicely
• Organising and coordinating are not foreign concepts
• You think along with customers/clients and look for solutions together
• You are fluent in Dutch, a word of French and English are a bonus
