As a project manager, you will be responsible for a number of construction sites assigned to you. For these sites, you are responsible for the preparation and organisation of the works, you follow up the works from start-up to completion, you lead site meetings and are the contact point for all parties involved.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Present the site, planning, construction methods and regulations to those involved
• Checking the work of suppliers or service providers
• Plan staff activities and allocate work posts
• Define the layout and security of the yard and storage areas
• Determine supply needs and execute orders
• Completing follow-up documents of site activities
• Analysing the data
• From the implementation plans, determine the technical, material and financial resources
• Optimising working methods
• Monitor and control the progress and conformity of realisations according to the implementation plan
• Assisting the foremen technically
• Defining needs for mobility and training
• Inform and communicate about progress and difficulties on a job site
• Checking specific certificates of staff
